Studio Policy

• The registration can be done online only after you are accepted by the instructor.

• Please read our policy carefully before registering.

• Current students have the priority for registration and rescheduling for future semesters.

Please be mindful of other students and wash your hands and use the hand sanitizer just before playing the piano.
 

• Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your lesson time will still be concluded at the scheduled time.

• Absolutely no refunds for missed or forgotten lessons.

• Students are give the opportunity of FOUR make up lessons per year.

• If the instructor cancels a lesson, students will be rescheduled at both parties' earliest convenience or reimbursed fully.

To demonstrate respect for the audience and learn proper music recital etiquette, we kindly request that you dress formally for the studio recital. Please wear a dress shirt, pants/skirt, and shoes.

T-shirts (including polo), sneakers, jeans, shorts, leggings, or any casual attire are not permitted. We also encourage you to stay for the entire program to support all performers.

• Yearly registration fee of $25 will be charged every September as well as at time of registration

• We accept E transfers for entire semester or post dated cheques.

• Posted dated cheque in every month in the semester will be required to guarantee your spot. Each cheque must be dated FIRST day of each calendar month

• There will be a surcharge for the cheques returned

• Your payment amount is not negotiable.

• We issue refunds only when we received one full calendar month notice. For group or semi-private classes, there will be no refunds after your registration is complete.

The studio mandates a one calendar month notice by text message, email, or mail if a student or parent decides to terminate lessons at any point during the year. Regardless of when the notice is given, the student/parent will be held financially responsible for the following month.
